Customer Service

Customer service is available Monday through Friday from 10AM to 1PM and from 3PM till 5PM by calling +44 (0)1962 793824. You can also contact us at orders@kfoundation.org.uk.

Shipping

Under normal conditions, for orders of available stock we aim to get your order to you within 10 days. Currently, we do not ship on weekends and bank holidays but for regular ground shipping we will send your order the following business day. If you would like merchandise to be shipped to two or more locations, please place separate orders for each location. 

Tracking Your Shipment

When your order has shipped, we will send you a confirmation email that includes your tracking number so that you can follow the progress of your shipment. For international orders, Standard Airmail includes a customs form label number that can be used to locate your package, but is not an actual tracking number.

Methods of Payment

We accept Visa, Visa Electron, Mastercard, Maestro and Solo cards, and PayPal. Unfortunately, we cannot accept cash, checks, money orders at this time.

Additional Information

If your shipment is refused and returned to us unopened for any reason, your credit card will be refunded less shipping costs. Should you have an exchange that requires multiple shipments, the appropriate shipping and handling fees will be charged to the credit card used to pay for the order, unless you instruct us to use a different one.

Tax Charges

Books are excluded from tax charges. Video and Audio Tapes, DVDs and CDs include 20% tax if the delivery address is within the European Community. There is no TAX charge for any item sent to a country outside the European Community.

Returns Policy

If your received product is faulty; please return it to the address below for a replacement or refund. Your statutory rights are not affected. We are sorry to say that goods once sold can not be taken back.
